Shipping policy

FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders $75 or more. Order must total $75 or more before taxes and after any discounts or promotions have been applied to receive free shipping. International shipping available to select locations per United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping guidelines. Your Urban GLŌ products are delivered from our New Jersey location.

It will take 7-10 business days to process your order, regardless of shipping selection at checkout. We do not ship on Sundays. We do not process same day deliveries. You will receive a confirmation email with the United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking link once your order ships. If the order can be delivered to your shipping address directly by Urban GLŌ Brand LLC, then you will be notified via email and/or text to schedule a delivery time.

Please note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses or inaccurate payment information is provided, this may delay delivery of your product. Please thoroughly check all shipping and billing information entered upon checkout.

Please bear in mind that your package may require a signature upon delivery of your order. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, held, or damaged packages as well as delivery errors via common carrier.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our shop located at 1419A Stuyvesant Ave Union, NJ 07083.

Be sure to select 'Pick Up' at checkout. Please wait for your confirmation email before picking up your order. Pick up must occur within 7 days of receiving confirmation email. If you don't pick up your order within 7 days, then we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment. You MUST bring your confirmation email to collect your order.
